When you complete a contact form or a document download form (Buyer's Guide, Investor Pack, PPP Pack), we collect the information you provide: name, email, telephone number and the document requested. This information is recorded in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool so that we can get back to you.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic (page views, origin, devices). These cookies are placed only after you have given your consent, via the banner displayed on your first visit. Until you have accepted, no measurement data is recorded (Google Consent Mode v2, anonymised IP address). You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies.
Your form data is processed in order to respond to your request and follow it up (pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest). Measurement cookies are based on your consent.
Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to follow up your request, and is then archived or deleted. Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings of the property.
