Once the documents have been verified, the sale is concluded between the parties.
After full payment, the lot is transferred to the buyer's name. Transfer fees: 25,000 FCFA per plot, payable at the Mont-Rolland town hall.
Final registration of the lot is carried out at the Mont-Rolland town hall, directly after the transfer.
Transfer fees are official administrative fees, paid directly to the Mont-Rolland town hall. They are in addition to the price of the plot.
